Almost 75 percent of Afghanistan’s population lives in rural areas. While, the country’s economy overall relies on agricultural products, in recent years agriculture remains primarily on a subsistence basis. Also, founding market for the agriculture products, it is required to have facility of the cold storage which will be used for the post-harvest and distribution of perishable agricultural products. Construction of cold store warehouse will help farmers with selling their products at a sufficient price at the local markets and on the other hand, the rent that is taken to keep products will be used to cover the complex expenses.
